VaiSulWeb Monitoring Services are flexible enough to monitor using both HTTP(s) and ICMP protocols. ICMP is useful to monitor virtual or physical servers while HTTP(s) will monitor websites, APIs and any HTTP-based endpoint.
Once a downtime is detected an alert e-mail will be generated and sent to you. In case you ordered the monitoring service for an endpoint hosted by VaiSulWeb, a ticket will be automatically opened so that our technicians can receive a quick notice and start investigating the matter.
Our monitor services can work at different frequencies, based on your requirements. The base service will perform a test for the specified endpoint every 60 minutes while the highest frequency service will perform the monitoring every 5 minutes to detect downtime as soon as possible.
Reporting is an important part of VaiSulWeb Monitoring Services. Easily check uptime and performances right inside the Customers Area. Check the historical data, availability, response times and responsiveness. Zoom in or out to adjust the timeframe.
Check your stats right inside the Customers Area. You will be able to drill up to the last year or down to the interval / frequency that you selected. Besides uptime, the service can show the average response time and its evoluting over time and also the responsiveness of the endpoint so you can have a clear picture not only of the current status but also of the evolution of those metrics over time.
